About the role
Eptec is looking for skilled Brush Hands/Trade Assistants to join its team in Larrakeyah, NT. The role involves surface and paint preparation, general site maintenance and manual labour in a defence industry environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray, roller or brush techniques.
- Maintain the work site, handle manual labour tasks and operate hand power tools.
- Work safely in confined spaces and follow high‑risk ticket procedures.
- Perform overtime and occasional weekend work as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of industrial painting experience.
- Strong safety mindset with a Nationally Accredited OHS (White/Blue) Card.
- Team player with a safety‑first attitude.
Required skills
- Industrial spray painting.
- Roller and brush painting techniques.
- Use of hand power tools.
- Confined‑space work and high‑risk tickets (e.g., FL, EWP).
