Paid Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Join Easygo’s fast‑growing team in Melbourne as a Paid Social Media Coordinator. You’ll be embedded in the ads manager daily, building, launching and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X and more.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns from brief to live, handling audience setup, creative trafficking and naming conventions.
• Perform daily optimisation: review performance, flag fatigue, adjust bids, scale winners and cut under‑performers.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain live dashboards for the team.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, Product, Affiliate and CRM teams to align campaigns with launches, offers and sporting events.
• Test continuously across creatives, audiences, placements and bid strategies, documenting learnings.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing budgets in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record meeting CPA, ROAS and LTV targets in high‑volume verticals such as gaming, e‑commerce or fintech.
• Experience with medium to large‑scale budgets, bid management and audience segmentation.
