Packing Operator – Full‑time (Rotating Shifts)

About the role
Join CopRice’s Wangaratta plant as a Packing Operator, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of packing equipment in a dynamic production environment. You will work on a rotating schedule to help meet daily production targets for animal nutrition products.
Key responsibilities
- Operate packing equipment and manually seal bags.
- Handle bags weighing up to 20 kg.
- Verify batch numbers and ensure proper sealing of each bag.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented and reliable.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
- Safety‑first mindset.
