Packaging Machine Operator – Forrestfield

About the role

Join a global FMCG leader as a Packaging Machine Operator at the Forrestfield site, supporting the Quaker Oats brand. You will work on a rotating roster to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment to maintain continuous flow.
• Calibrate machinery, control processes and resolve faults promptly.
• Perform quality checks on labeling, printing and product specifications.
• Ensure bags are correctly filled, sealed and meet all standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and scan barcodes for inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with Quality, Rolling, Milling and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence if not already held.

Required skills

• Forklift operator licence (or willingness to obtain).
