Pacific Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Air Liquide Australia is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join its team in the Pacific region (Australia and New Zealand). The role coordinates and executes end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital content, local print collateral and industry events, driving brand awareness, supporting commercial growth and capturing actionable leads.

Key responsibilities

• Email marketing and campaigns: design, deploy and analyse high-converting, brand-aligned EDMs and website lead capture.
• Customer communications: run recurring and ad-hoc customer messaging via Mailchimp, Computershare and internal channels.
• Marketing collateral: localise brochures and design/print market-specific banners, ads and promotional materials.
• Digital marketing and SEO: update website and social media content and run SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives.
• Publications and awards: draft trade editorials, association content and industry award submissions.
• Event coordination: organise marketing events, industry exhibitions and supply displays, and monitor market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven product management or marketing coordination experience, with a track record of launching, managing and optimising products.
• Strong digital literacy, creativity, attention to detail and event and project coordination skills across the Pacific region.
• Ability to turn campaign analytics and web metrics into actionable insights for commercial follow-up.
