About the role

The Pacific Graduate Program 2026 offers recent graduates a 18‑month rotational experience across ANZ's key business areas in the Pacific region. Participants will work on real projects, gain exposure to diverse teams, and develop a solid foundation for a career in banking and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple rotations across business units, contributing to day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior staff and peers on projects that support community development and financial inclusion.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring, peer‑to‑peer learning, and networking events.
• Engage in game‑based assessments and interviews as part of the development process.

Required profile

• Citizenship or permanent residency in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Cook Islands, or Timor Leste.
• In final semester of a bachelor’s degree or higher, or graduated within the last three years.
• Strong creative thinking, adaptability, and willingness to work with diverse people and situations.
