OutSystems Developer – Sydney/Melbourne (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team in Sydney and Melbourne on a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on designing, building and deploying enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis and implement performance improvements.
• Ensure code complies with security standards, coding guidelines and enterprise architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, reusable components and release notes.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA and client stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise applications with OutSystems.
• Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
