Outpatient Manager – Permanent Full‑time

About the role

The Outpatient Manager will lead and oversee the delivery of high‑quality outpatient services across the designated site and area. This permanent full‑time role focuses on improving equity of access, safety, and overall service performance within WA Health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and performance oversight for outpatient services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance access, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation, including confidentiality and work health and safety requirements.
• Model organisational values, the Code of Conduct and a commitment to safety and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to achieve service targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to WA Health’s values, diversity and inclusion principles.
• Willingness to undergo criminal records screening, integrity checks and, if required, a Working with Children check.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident or appropriate visa).
• Ability to complete a pre‑employment health assessment.
