Outdoor Dining Supervisor

About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as an Outdoor Dining Supervisor and lead a team delivering memorable dining experiences under the iconic night sky of Uluru and Kata Tjuta. This onsite role combines hospitality expertise with a love for the outdoors, providing guests with exceptional service in a unique natural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and pack down event‑style outdoor dining settings.
• Assist guests boarding and alighting from buses onto the sand dunes.
• Welcome and direct guests throughout the evening flow.
• Ensure service and delivery times meet high customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Manage and roster the outdoor dining team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a team in food and beverage operations (cafés, restaurants, a la carte, banquet, outdoor dining, or bar).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work outdoors under night‑time conditions.
• Willingness to relocate to Yulara, NT and live onsite.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, tourism‑focused environment.
