Outdoor Dining Attendant

About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as an Outdoor Dining Attendant and deliver unforgettable hospitality experiences in the heart of the Australian desert. You will work onsite at Yulara, just 20 minutes from the iconic Uluru, serving guests on a sand‑dune dining platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform table speeches and explain beverage packages to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items efficiently and courteously.
• Set up and break down outdoor dining sites, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with the events team; prior events experience is highly desirable.

Required profile

• Passionate outdoor enthusiast with a strong hospitality mindset.
• Ability to live and work onsite in a remote desert location.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Willingness to undergo a national criminal history check.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
