Outbound Telesales Representative

About the role

Vodafone Business is seeking an Outbound Telesales Representative to drive growth among Australian SMBs. You will use digital outreach channels to identify high‑intent prospects, engage decision‑makers, and deliver tailored connectivity and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact SMB prospects via LinkedIn, personalised video, outbound calling and AI‑assisted email sequencing.
• Qualify opportunities through cold calls and Teams meetings, understand customer needs and position Vodafone Business solutions.
• Capture enriched customer data, including decision‑maker details, contract information and consent.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and collaborate with team leaders, marketing and account managers to build pipeline.
• Co‑create and execute targeted campaigns such as webinars and digital events.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, competitor activity and industry trends while adhering to the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of acquisition‑focused B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Strong communication, resilience and a passion for engaging SMB decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, data‑driven and comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• Understanding of Australian SMB buying cycles and procurement processes.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
