Outbound Business Development Representative – ANZ

About the role

HubSpot is looking for an ambitious Outbound Business Development Representative to join its ANZ growth engine. Based in Sydney’s CBD and open to candidates on the Australian East Coast, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, sparking conversations that uncover business needs and qualify high‑potential leads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting (60‑100+ touches per day) via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach tactics.
• Qualify leads based on fit, urgency and need, then schedule discovery meetings.
• Meet and exceed activity, meeting‑set and pipeline‑impact KPIs.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through coaching and self‑directed learning.
