OSHC Qualified Educator (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the Australian Islamic Kewdale OSHClub as an OSHC Qualified Educator, delivering engaging before‑ and after‑school care for primary‑school children. You will build lasting relationships with children, families, and the school community while working flexible split‑shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and supervision during morning (6:30 am‑9:00 am) and afternoon (2:45 pm‑6:00 pm) sessions.
• Support the delivery of term‑time and school‑holiday programs, adapting activities to meet children’s developmental needs.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check, state working‑with‑children check, and Australian working rights.
• Possess or be working towards a WA‑recognised ACECQA qualification (First Qualified Educator or Qualified Educator).

Required skills

• Ability to plan and facilitate age‑appropriate activities.
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff.
