OSHC Qualified Educator – Eglinton Beach

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Qualified Educator in the Eglinton Beach area, delivering engaging before‑ and after‑school care for primary‑school children. You will build lasting relationships with children, families, and the school community while working flexible split‑shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities during morning (6:30‑8:35) and afternoon (2:45‑6:00) sessions.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment and supervise children throughout the program.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow educators to ensure program quality.
• Assist other regional services when additional support is needed.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Australian working rights and willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• Current or working towards a WA‑recognised ACECQA qualification (First Qualified Educator or Qualified Educator).
• State working‑with‑children check and completion of National Child Safety Training before start.

Required skills

• Ability to design and facilitate age‑appropriate educational activities.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
