About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as a Casual OSHC Educator working primarily at our Cranbourne service. You will build relationships with families, children, and the school community while delivering engaging, play‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver before‑school (6:30‑9:00) and after‑school (2:45‑6:00) shifts, with extra hours during school holidays.
• Provide flexible support to neighboring services in the Cranbourne area and Fleetwood when needed.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for working with children and a team‑player attitude.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and state working‑with‑children check (covered by the employer).
• Australian working rights and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
• VIC Diploma‑Level qualification (or working towards) for an Educator role.
