OSHC Coordinator – Ringwood Region

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is recruiting an experienced OSHC Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator or Educational Leader to lead its service in the Ringwood area of Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The role offers ownership of a service and team, with support from experienced Regional Managers, a dedicated state team and a national organisation, and permanent employment with consistent hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Educators
• Build strong relationships with families, schools and the local community
• Create engaging programs that children genuinely want to be part of
• Oversee service operations, compliance and administration
• Drive a positive culture where children and educators can thrive

Required profile

• Experience in OSHC, education, childcare or children's services
• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Holds or is willing to obtain a national police check (paid by the employer)
• Australian working rights
• State working-with-children check
• Completed National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko)
• Working towards or having completed a relevant VIC Diploma-level qualification to work as an Educator in Victoria in line with ACECQA
