OSHC Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as a Diploma‑qualified OSHC Coordinator in the Ferntree Gully area. You will lead a team of educators delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12, working split shifts Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver child‑centered activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.
• Manage staff rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and uphold child‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Diploma‑level qualification (or working towards) to work as an educator in VIC.
• National police check, Working‑with‑Children check, and Child Safety Training completed before onboarding.
• Australian work rights and a natural leadership attitude.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and facilitate engaging educational activities.
• Strong organisational and team‑management capabilities.
