OSHC Coordinator – Lead Before & After School Programs

About the role

The OSHC Coordinator will lead a team of Educators delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12. This permanent, full‑time position offers split‑shift hours, giving you midday flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a child‑centred program featuring STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage rosters, daily operations, compliance and administrative duties.
• Foster an inclusive team culture and support Educators’ professional growth.
• Engage with families, schools and internal stakeholders to grow the service.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a qualification to be a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in Queensland (ACECQA).
• Experience in OSHC or childcare leadership.
• National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding.
• Strong communication and natural leadership abilities.
