About the role
Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Coordinator in the Keysborough region, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering before‑ and after‑school programs for children aged 5‑12.
Key responsibilities
- Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
- Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
- Oversee split‑shift schedules (7‑9 am, 3‑6 pm) and school holiday programs (7 am‑6 pm).
Required profile
- Natural leader with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Australian work rights and willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA and completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
