About the role
Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Assistant Coordinator in the Success area, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of an Outside School Hours Care service for primary school‑aged children. This permanent part‑time position offers 27.5 hours per week across split shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in leading and mentoring a team of dedicated Educators onsite.
- Manage rosters, service operations, compliance and administration.
- Create and deliver child‑led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
- Support the development of future management pathways within JAG.
Required profile
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
- State Working‑with‑Children check and Australian working rights.
- National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding.
- Relevant ACECQA‑recognised qualification (e.g., WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator) or be actively working towards one.
