OSH Educator - Narre Warren (Permanent Part-Time)

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is looking for an OSHC Educator for its Narre Warren service, working alongside parents and school communities to support children's development through play. The role offers permanent positions with weekly shifts of 20 hours, Monday to Friday, before school (6:45-9:00am) and after school (2:45pm-6:15pm), with extra hours available during school holidays. Casual educators are also available, picking up shifts throughout the week and at nearby services.

Key responsibilities

• Build ongoing relationships with families, children, the team and the wider school community.
• Support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
• Work a minimum of 4 days, mornings and afternoons, per week.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player who wants to grow and learn in the role.
• Willingness to hold a national police check (paid by the employer).
• State working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-level qualification in accordance with ACECQA, or currently working towards it.
