About the role

A well-established private dental practice in Tamworth, NSW, is recruiting an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join its growing clinical team. The therapist works alongside two experienced dentists with regular clinical support and mentoring, while managing their own appointment book and patients. The practice is busy with an established patient base, and a dedicated dental assistant supports each appointment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care
• Deliver patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Manage your own patient appointments efficiently
• Contribute to clinical standards, infection control and a positive patient experience

Required profile

• Clinically capable Oral Health Therapist
• Ideally previous experience in a private dental practice
• Comfortable in a busy clinical environment
• Caring, professional, reliable and a clear communicator
• Open to feedback, mentoring and ongoing development
• Adaptable to unexpected changes in a busy day; new graduates considered

What we offer

• Salary of $125,000-$130,000 plus superannuation
