Operations Manager - Restaurant Network

About the role

A recruiter is advertising a permanent, Adelaide-based leadership role for an experienced multi-site hospitality operator. The client is a well-established Australian retail and convenience business that runs a restaurant brand through a franchise partnership, and is investing in dedicated leadership to grow the brand in South Australia. You will lead the South Australian restaurant network, with influence over people, performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the South Australian restaurant network
• Coach and develop your teams, building a pipeline of future leaders
• Drive high standards across operations, guest experience and commercial performance
• Partner with the franchisor's national head office and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into operational results

Required profile

• Experience leading multiple food-led venues in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as restaurants, cafés or hospitality groups with a strong food offering
• Ideally multi-site leadership experience in a food-led restaurant or hospitality environment
• A track record of improving performance and building engaged teams
• Franchise experience, or experience working closely with a brand or head office
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Based in Adelaide (or keen to return to SA), with travel to regional restaurants and occasional interstate travel
