Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers within a Federal Government environment. The role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight and stakeholder management rather than hands‑on technical work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers across network, cloud, infrastructure and SOE.
• Oversee operational activities, capability and workload planning for the Federal Government account.
• Drive performance, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain trusted client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to manage resources and deliver services.

Required profile

• Active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2).
• Proven experience leading technical specialist teams, managing performance, priorities and escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset and capability to champion continuous improvement.
