Operations Manager - Condition Monitoring

About the role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its Asset Care team in Canning Vale, WA. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will drive the operational leadership, growth and performance of the Condition Monitoring teams, overseeing service delivery, workforce planning, client relationships and commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Condition Monitoring teams.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across all projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
• Coordinate resources, workforce planning and scheduling.
• Assist with quoting, cost control, timesheet management and business unit financial performance.
• Deliver integrated solutions across Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Engineering Consulting and Mechanical Testing services.
• Support current business objectives and contribute to future growth strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Reliability or related technical services.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of business and financial performance metrics.
• A Diploma in Project Management or similar qualification is desirable; VCAT2 or VCAT3 certification is highly desirable.
