Operations Executive / Manager - Dental Group

About the role

Outback Dental Group runs eight dental clinics across regional Western Australia and is growing. It is hiring an Operations Executive to support clinic operations from its Perth head office, in a hybrid role that is part practice manager and part admin. The position is full-time, five days a week in the office, with occasional travel to the clinics (about 7 clinical days per month within WA).

Key responsibilities

• Practice management support: rostering, clinic logistics and coordinating practice managers, dentists and support staff across eight sites.
• Admin work: registers, documentation, compliance records and patient-facing processes.
• Day-to-day problem solving to keep clinics running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental practice (practice management, reception or admin).
• Valid Australian driver's licence.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Able to juggle multiple clinics and priorities.
• Based in Perth.
