Operations Data Analyst

About the role

The Operations Data Analyst joins Helia’s centralised analytics team, delivering key reports and insights for Operations, Sales & Partnerships. You will analyse operational data to improve efficiency, productivity and decision‑making for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, cleanse, analyse and communicate data sets across applications, sales, customer feedback and third‑party sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualise performance data for stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies, investigate root causes and source additional data as needed.
• Summarise analysis into actionable insights and present them using data‑visualisation techniques.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to discuss insights and respond to ad‑hoc data queries.

Required profile

• Curious, analytical mindset with ability to challenge assumptions and uncover root causes.
• Commercially astute, proactive and able to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in an operational environment and working with customers to understand needs.

Required skills

• Strong SQL querying experience, preferably Snowflake.
• PowerBI for data visualisation.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
