Operations Coordinator

About the role

South Ave is a fast‑growing Australian ready‑to‑drink alcohol brand. The Operations Coordinator keeps the day‑to‑day operational engine running, overseeing the flow of product from contract producers through four national 3PL warehouses to wholesalers and on‑premise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately key and process all wholesaler and customer orders in Unleashed and dispatch from the appropriate 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate delivery time‑slots, short‑supply communications, ETAs and overdue‑order follow‑ups with wholesaler stock controllers.
• Manage stock levels and movements across four national 3PL warehouses, including inter‑warehouse transfers, damaged/short‑life stock and pallet management.
• Reconcile weekly stock‑on‑hand between Unleashed and Carton Cloud, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support alcohol‑excise dispatch processes, obtain delivery authorities, complete LAL checks and coordinate compliant stock disposal.
• Assist demand forecasting and production planning by comparing sales run‑rate, growth and events against stock‑on‑hand.
• Raise and track production purchase orders with contract producers, accounting for lead times and minimum order quantities.
• Produce sales reports by SKU, customer, state and sales manager, and maintain master data such as product articles, barcodes and supplier applications.
• Document operational processes and maintain day‑to‑day contact with producers, 3PLs and wholesalers.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with producers, logistics partners and wholesalers.
• Experience working with inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of alcohol excise regulations and compliance procedures.
• Capability to generate accurate reports and maintain master data.
