Onsite QA/QC Technician – Ironbridge

About the role

The role is based in the on‑site laboratory at Iron Bridge and focuses on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of laboratory data. You will work within an ISO 17025 certified environment, following Bureau Veritas standards and client contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure laboratory data integrity and accuracy, complying with Bureau Veritas standards and client requirements.
• Operate and contribute to continuous improvement of the on‑site Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Monitor laboratory quality performance and provide regular feedback to supervisors and superintendents.
• Conduct routine testing and analysis while adhering to standard operating procedures and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Support the laboratory team in meeting production targets and deadlines while upholding the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• Hold a Cert III in Laboratory Techniques or demonstrate equivalent laboratory experience.
• 1–2 years of geo‑analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a commercial or on‑site mine laboratory setting.
• Reliable team player with strong communication, problem‑solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Highly motivated, deadline‑focused and customer‑oriented.
• Familiarity with enterprise‑level LIMS or prior experience in an ISO 17025 laboratory.
