Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Hapana is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help new customers adopt and succeed with Hapana Grow (Go High Level). You will act as the product expert, guiding clients through setup, configuration, and best‑practice usage to ensure rapid value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Hapana Grow (Go High Level), including automations, pipelines, messaging, integrations and data flows.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to customers on configuring and using Grow within Hapana workflows.
• Respond to Grow‑related support requests, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Stay current on feature updates and share knowledge internally.
• Perform technical registrations and product setups for all new customers.
• Collect and organize required documentation, manage onboarding correspondence, and monitor critical timelines.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to deliver a scalable, repeatable onboarding experience.

• Can translate product functionality into simple, practical guidance for clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
