About the role

A regional health service in the Hunter region of Eastern NSW, about 174 km north of Sydney, is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynaecology VMO specialist to cover multiple shifts in November and December 2026. The hospital is a 339-bed facility offering emergency, inpatient, outpatient, maternity, paediatrics and intensive care services.

Key details

Pay of $2,500 to $4,000 per day.
Maximum of 4 shifts in a row for fatigue management.
Shifts listed from Wednesday 4 November 2026 through Friday 1 January 2027, including weekends and Christmas Day.

Required profile

Registered with AHPRA.
Right to work in Australia.
