職務概要
CrowdStrikeは、世界中の組織を保護するサイバーセキュリティ企業で、Falcon Completeチームの日本語話者を募集しています。仮想セキュリティオペレーションセンターで、リアルタイムに発生するインシデントを検出し対応する仕事です。日本国内でのフルリモートが可能で、オーストラリア在住の日本語話者も歓迎されます。
主な業務内容
- Windows、Mac、Linuxプラットフォームでのインシデント対応
- 基本的なマルウェア解析
- インシデント検出と対策のためのプロセスの開発・改善
- 顧客管理層への報告書作成と業界発信活動（ブログ、クラウドキャストなど）
- 内部プログラムやチームの管理
求める人物像
- 1〜4年の関連経験、監督なしで技術的なタスクを完遂できる
- インシデント対応、コンピュータフォレンジック、ネットワークフォレンジック、マルウェア解析の実務経験
- プロジェクト管理スキルと技術レベルの異なる聴衆への説明力
- 現在日本またはオーストラリア在住（オーストラリアはビザサポートなし）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（ライティング含む）と英語
必須スキル
- C、C#、VB、Python、Perl、Ruby on Rails、.NETなどのコーディング経験
- 静的・動的マルウェア解析、ネットワークログ分析
- 週40時間のシフト勤務（水曜〜土曜または日曜〜水曜）
