Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics

About the role

Early Start Australia, part of the APM Group, is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its Ellenbrook clinic. It is an allied health team supporting children and young people aged 0-16, working with families to help them reach their full potential. The role sits within a multidisciplinary team delivering personalised, evidence-based support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload.
• Provide direct, family-based and community-based support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
• Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support and advocacy.
• Evaluate and refine practice continuously to ensure best-practice service delivery.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities.
• Current compliance checks, or willingness to obtain them.
• An enthusiastic approach, bringing energy, empathy and creativity to therapy.
