About the role
Join Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS provider, as an Occupational Therapist delivering flexible community, mobile and telehealth services across the Ballina, Byron and Lismore regions. This role is suitable for both newly graduated and experienced therapists who want to shape their own caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload aligned with your interests, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Develop individualized, evidence‑based therapy goals and interventions, including environmental modifications and assistive technology recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication skills and a client‑centred, proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
