Occupational Therapist – Flexible Community Role

About the role

Ability Action Australia, an NDIS provider delivering allied health services across 300+ locations, is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join its Sunshine Coast team with a caseload in the Glasshouse Mountains area. The role is flexible, with full-time or part-time options and a hybrid model allowing work from home, the clinic, via telehealth and in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload tailored to your interests
• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Recommend assistive technology and design home modifications to help NDIS participants achieve their goals

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Interest in pediatrics, complex needs or adult caseloads
• Proactive, client-centred approach with a desire to innovate and grow
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
