Night Shift Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Maintenance Technician to join PepsiCo’s manufacturing plant on the night shift. The role runs from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, and offers a permanent full‑time contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Update and extract data in the SAP Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to maintenance methods, equipment availability, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with external contractors as required.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering qualification or trade certificate (minimum).
• Proven experience in industrial electrical work and fault finding within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, safely under pressure, and on a rotating night shift.
• Flexible attitude with willingness to work overtime, attend training and cover additional shifts.
• Food‑industry experience is an advantage.
