Night Auditor

About the role

Join Ibis Budget Sydney Olympic Park as a Night Auditor, responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overnight front‑desk operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience from 11 pm to 7 am.

Key responsibilities

• Manage night‑time check‑ins, check‑outs and guest enquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
• Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation and compile Night Audit day‑pack reports in line with PCI compliance.
• Distribute audit documentation to relevant departments promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest issues throughout the night.
• Conduct regular security rounds to maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare detailed hand‑over reports for the day‑shift team.
• Maintain accurate records of all audit activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑office or night‑audit functions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to produce accurate analytical reports.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage.

• Opera Cloud (experience preferred)
