About the role
Join Concentric’s 2027 New Graduate Speech Pathology program in Perth, WA. You will work across our clinic sites and community settings, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting clients in the NDIS allied‑health space.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver speech pathology assessments and interventions in clinic and community environments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop client‑focused treatment plans.
- Participate in weekly supervision and a 12‑week intensive training on NDIS processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to professional standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team initiatives.
Required profile
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full registration as a Speech Pathologist (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver’s licence with access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
