About the role
Emanate Technology is seeking an experienced Network Engineer (Unified Communications) to support and enhance enterprise network and Unified Communications environments. The role involves working on modern networking and collaboration technologies within a complex enterprise setting.
Required profile
- Experience in MSP, enterprise or multi-site network environments
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone or Cisco UC platforms
- Experience in defence, government or critical infrastructure environments is desirable
Required skills
- Cisco routing and switching
- Unified communications (CUCM, Teams Voice, VoIP, SIP)
- Firewalls and network security
- WAN and SD-WAN technologies
- Troubleshooting voice, video and network services
- Stakeholder engagement and documentation
