.NET Developer – High‑Velocity Australian Software Team

About the role

You will join a lean, high‑velocity Australian software organisation building patented hyper‑automation and AI platforms. Working directly with the CTO and Founder, you will take full technical ownership of C#/.NET backend services, desktop clients, and complex database architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust C#/.NET backend logic, APIs, and desktop application features.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries, design schemas, and manage data for 32+ integrated sub‑applications.
• Rebuild and optimise the core Document AI system from day one.
• Participate in continuous deployment workflows delivering 2‑3 production releases daily.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to achieve sub‑second response times.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience with .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Proven ability to thrive in rapid‑release CI/CD environments.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with interest in AI‑driven workflow automation.
