NBA Designer (Contract) - Sydney

About the role

Hastha Solutions has an urgent need for an NBA Designer on a 6-month contract in Sydney, with possible extension. The role works inside a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad to design, develop and run Next Best Action (NBA) activities using Pega CDH, and is open only to Australian or New Zealand citizens or PR holders.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a CLM squad to understand business goals and technical requirements for NBA activities and deliver them through Pega CDH.
• Use Pega CDH hands-on to create actions, treatments and group-level engagement policies, configure arbitration rules and taxonomy, and implement content and rules into new and existing NBA strategies.
• Work closely with NBA Analysts and business stakeholders to define NBA designs and technical requirements.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests in Pega, optimising decision strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Insights Analysts to analyse data supporting performance, maintenance and optimisation of actions.
• Support testing, QA and business simulations to improve NBA activity performance.
• Act as an expert on Pega CDH within the CLM and Martech & Decisioning team, and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant area such as Business, Marketing, IT, Maths, Information Systems or Finance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Pega CDH (version 8.23 or later, or at least 8.7x onwards); Pega 1:1 Operations Manager preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to understand business and technical requirements.
• Experience of testing methodologies to improve Next Best Action strategies.
• Knowledge of direct marketing legislation such as the Privacy Act, Spam Act and DNCR Act.
