National Service Delivery Partner – Therapy Supervisors

About the role

Lizard Centre is seeking a National Service Delivery Partner to optimise the Therapy Supervisor workforce across Australia. In this collaborative role you will ensure the right number of supervisors are available in the right locations to meet client demand, supporting operational efficiency and high‑quality outcomes for children with autism and developmental conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Therapy Supervisor capacity, utilisation and roster performance nationally.
• Provide guidance to Therapy Supervisors, Intake and Scheduling on workforce availability.
• Identify roster gaps and propose solutions to increase service delivery.
• Partner with Recruitment, Clinical Leaders and Scheduling to align staffing with client demand.
• Collaborate with the National Service Delivery Partner – Therapy Assistant to synchronise workforce planning.
• Build strong relationships with supervisors and ensure accountability for roster accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence interpreting workforce data and making operational recommendations.
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or service delivery operations.
