National Key Account Manager - Pharmacy

About the role

The National Key Account Manager – Pharmacy will lead sales and relationship‑building activities for Link Healthcare’s pharmacy portfolio across the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, revenue growth and profitability while maintaining strong partnerships with major pharmacy chains and banner groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key pharmacy customers to meet sales and profit targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders, including procurement pharmacists and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product, marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and promotional agreements to maximize market share.
• Conduct regular business reviews, provide performance updates and market insights to senior management.
• Represent Link Healthcare at pharmacy education events, medical meetings and scientific conferences.
• Ensure compliance with GDP regulations and the company’s Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in national key account management within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy procurement processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
