National Business Development Manager – High‑Growth Manufacturing

About the role
This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for driving revenue growth across national corporate accounts for a fast‑growing Australian manufacturer. You will act as a strategic partner, shaping the go‑to‑market approach and securing high‑value partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new corporate accounts across supermarkets, international QSR, petrol & convenience, and fleet/retail groups.
- Collaborate with the GM to set targets and execute a high‑end GTM model for corporate operators and specifiers.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products and major account reactions to inform long‑term strategy and product development.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM updates, quotation preparation, and delivering professional presentations.
Required profile
- 3+ years of commercial leadership or business development experience, preferably in hospitality equipment, durables, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to build and leverage a network within Tier 1 corporate and specifier spaces.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for complex commercial negotiations.
- Tenacious hunter mindset with a solution‑first attitude.
