National Account Manager

About the role

Logitech is looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join its Consumer Sales team in Sydney. The role will own the strategic development and commercial performance of a major national retail or e‑commerce partnership, driving revenue growth, market share and profitability for a globally recognised technology brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans aligned with customer and Logitech growth objectives.
• Lead promotional planning, forecasting and sell‑through execution to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Manage trade investment and promotional spend, ensuring strong ROI and financial discipline.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across buying, category, marketing and operations.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and business reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to inform commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in National Account Management within retail, consumer electronics, FMCG or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capability.
• Commercial acumen with proven experience managing budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholder levels.
