National Account Manager – Grocery

About the role

Join PepsiCo, a global FMCG leader, as a National Account Manager – Grocery. You will work closely with the National Business Manager to ensure the commercial plan is executed flawlessly, supporting day‑to‑day customer operations and driving growth across key grocery accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer promotional programmes, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Analyse promotional and category performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Manage financial tracking and administrative processes for joint business plans, new product launches, SKU changes and promotional compliance.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, in‑store activation and overall performance.

Required profile

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience in FMCG or a similar sales environment.
• Proven record of delivering results and building strong relationships in fast‑paced commercial settings.
• Strong understanding of grocery category trends and ability to translate insights into effective customer plans.
• Highly analytical with excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modelling.
