National Account Manager – Foodservice

About the role

We are looking for a driven National Account Manager – Foodservice to lead our national foodservice channel. Reporting to the Head of Sales and based in Melbourne, you will own revenue, profitability and market‑share growth across Australia’s foodservice sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key national foodservice customers, driving long‑term growth and retention.
• Identify and secure new national account opportunities, develop proposals and lead negotiations.
• Expand product distribution within existing accounts and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, launches and brand positioning.
• Represent Ivan’s Pies at industry events, trade shows and key associations.
• Manage pricing, promotions and inventory alignment, ensuring accurate reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within national foodservice environments, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel interstate and hold a current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
