National Account Manager – Foodservice & Distribution

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional, the foodservice arm of the world’s largest food and beverage company, and own strategic national customer partnerships. You will shape growth strategies, lead high‑value negotiations and turn market insights into profitable outcomes for both customers and Nestlé.

Key responsibilities

• Shape growth strategy for major national accounts, converting insights into commercial success.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and investment decisions that drive sustainable profit.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute customer plans and deliver results.
• Coach and influence internal teams, fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious targets.

Required profile

• Proven success in account management within foodservice and distributor channels.
• Experience leading complex customer partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Natural ability to influence, coach and deliver results through others.
• Resilience, curiosity and the courage to challenge thinking to unlock growth opportunities.
