National Account Manager – Costco, Mass Merch & Amazon

About the role

Join PepsiCo Snacks as a National Account Manager responsible for key mass‑merchandise and e‑commerce customers such as Costco, Kmart, Big W and Amazon. You will build strong partnerships, shape joint business plans and drive profitable growth across the PepsiCo Snacks portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business results against annual commercial targets and Advantage scores while managing trade investment responsibly.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including promotional planning and execution, to accelerate customer performance.
• Develop and implement annual joint business plans aligned with PepsiCo’s strategic priorities and each customer’s growth ambitions.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Media, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, Shopper Marketing, Revenue Growth Management and Category Management to ensure accurate forecasts, effective trade spend, and best‑in‑class activation.
• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies, commercial standards, customer agreements and trade investment governance processes.

Required profile

• Degree qualified or equivalent with 3‑5 years’ experience in a sales function within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Experience managing national retail customers, mass‑merchandise or e‑commerce channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage customer P&Ls and trade investment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, influencing and communication skills, able to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and execution capability.
