About the role
SGS Australia is looking for an enthusiastic casual Multiskilled Team Member to join its laboratory in Orange. The role involves handling samples, maintaining order, and supporting quality control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Match incoming samples with paperwork, noting any discrepancies.
- Load and unload samples onto drying racks, keeping them in numerical order.
- Milling samples and transferring sub‑samples to packets while following QC procedures and avoiding contamination.
- Understand and follow sample analysis procedures.
Required profile
- Good literacy, attention to detail and initiative.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
- Meet site access requirements (training, induction, medical).
Required skills
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
